The Future of Analytics, Beyond Big Data

After gaining success in the first-year implementation, CTI IT Infrastructure Summit was back for the second time on March 3, 2015 with nearly 1,000 attendees from across Indonesia, consisting of researchers, policy makers, vendors, practitioners, and academics at Ritz Carlton Hotel Pacific Place, South Jakarta. The theme for 2015 was “The Future of Analytics, Beyond Big Data”, discussing the potential of analytics, including its technology platform, approach and adoption, to provide guidance and reference for cross industries.

The Conference & Expo demonstrated practical applications and utilization of analytics to help organizations understand the analytics opportunity and figure out the steps along with the skills and tools required. CTI IT Infrastructure Summit 2015 had explicitly encouraged business leaders to maximize their potential usage of Big Data through analytics to discover customer insight and unlock new business opportunity.

CTI IT Infrastructure Summit 2015 presented industry professionals, government and experts from the field of Big Data and Analytics who brought up study cases, best practices, challenges, and lessons to learn. A number of expert keynotes present in the event were Research Director Gartner, Inc. Bhavish Sood with “Measuring The Business Value of Analytics”, President Director Lenovo Indonesia Rajesh Thadani with “How Analytics Transform Lenovo into a World Class Company”, Director General Application and Informatics of Communication and Informatics Ministry Bambang Heru Tjahjono with “The Role of Government in Information and Communication Technology Sector”, and Division Head Business Analytics PT Indosat Tbk Alex Raskita Ginting with “Shaping Customers Value Management to Increase Top Line Growth”.

 

Nine Track Sessions with Rich Information and Knowledge

Speakers from world-leading IT brands, namely Lenovo Indonesia, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, FireEye, Fujitsu, Ruckus, F5, Vision Solutions, and Tableu had delivered valuable studies and knowledge during nine track sessions offered in the event. Each session of the full-day event was attended by around 100 people who received knowledge and updates of the latest IT trend and innovation as part of CTI’s commitment in improving service and support to its business partners and end-customers.

 

iCIO Awards 2015

The 2015 iCIO Awards honored Chief Information Officers (CIOs) or Senior IT staff who led their organizations by delivering business value and innovative use of IT in exceptional ways. Celebrated during an exclusive luncheon, the iCIO Awards with the Most Innovative CIO category was given to Agus Wicaksono, General Manager of Information Technology Chevron Indonesia. The Most Influential CIO was awarded to Deden Anugrah, Head of Information Technology PT. Sierad Produce, Tbk, while Natali Ardianto, the Chief Information Officer of PT Global Tiket Network was named the Most Intelligent CIO.
